Efficient Staff and Comfortable Rooms**

The people working here are really good at their jobs and the person in charge is also great. The rooms are practical, a good size, and the beds are cozy. 🛌

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is situated near Selfridges, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, shopping districts. The room is newly remodeled and updated, with a functional-style building that I liked. The personnel were efficient, meeting my expectations.

Booked a room with nice views onto Grosvenor Square park.
